After working in the construction industry for 45 years, Albert Unerstall recognized a growing need for concrete and foundation repair services in Franklin County and the surrounding areas.
In 1996, he founded Unerstall Foundations and Flatwork Inc. Our family-owned concrete contracting company continues to provide reliable, top-notch concrete solutions to residential and commercial clients throughout the Greater St. Louis metro area. In 2001, Albert’s wife, Cindy, started U-rent, Inc. as the demand for renting concrete forms and equipment increased for the do-it-yourselfer.
